On January 29th, HIRH Princess Astrid attended the 2017 Belgian National Trophy of Sports Merit(Trophee National du Merite Sportif - Nationale Trofee voor Sportverdienste 2017) award ceremony for the National Trophy of Sports Merit at the Brussels City Hall.

This years trophy was awarded to Tennis player David Goffin.
